Bowers Advisory is the independent practice of Tom Bowers, working with boards and executive teams to turn strategy into delivered, defensible outcomes across technology, transformation, programme delivery and governance.

The practice was built on a simple observation: in complex change, what fails is rarely the idea — it is the line between intention and delivery. The work is to find that line and hold it, bringing the seniority, chartered standing and judgement to advise a board, lead a programme, or assure a position when the stakes and the scrutiny are both high.

Tom works with boards and executive teams in regulated and technology-led organisations — and with the SME leaders and owners who face the same complexity at a different scale — as trusted counsel, interim leadership, or independent assurance, combining engineering discipline, commercial perspective and chartered standing across the project, management and logistics professions. The value is personal: credibility and judgement, confident without overclaiming.

Based in Donaghadee, Northern Ireland, he works across the UK and Ireland. Alongside client work he takes on charity trustee roles and gives a share of his time pro-bono to charities, social enterprises and community organisations.
